Hola amigos y familia! I hope you all have had a wonderful week! Sorry if this email is a little long, so much happened this week. Tortilla count: 149 Monday: P-day! Easily the most fun pday of my mission so far. My district went down to Pachuca and hit all my bucket list items in one day. We went to the famoso clock tower where we saw a bunch of Christan Korean missionaries talking with people and sharing scriptures. Then we went to the cutest town called Real De Monte up in the mountains. It literally was like I was living in the movie Coco. We went to this famous paste restaurant that has a beautiful view overlooking the mountains. We also stopped at the Cristo Rey which is basically like the statue of Jesus that Brazil has just a lot smaller. Soooo fun!! Tuesday: Went to Tepatepec for consejo de distrito and reunión de Zona. My district and zone are so fun! Wednesday: I went to immigration and I officially became a legal resident of Pachuca. I technically was...

¡Hola amigos y familia! We saw so many miracles this week! But per usual first things first... Tortilla count: 131 Last Wednesday we traveled down to Pachuca for transfers. I said goodbye to Hermana Pale and got with my new comp Hermana Watrous. She is awesome!! She is from Texas so it has been really nice being able to speak English and actually communicate perfectly with my comp. It was pouring rain all week, but that didn't stop us from finding people. In the first night within about 1 hour we found 10 people and put 2 on date for baptism. To put it into perspective, my "record" in the past has been 6 people in one day. Entonces (so), God was really choosing to bless us this week. I thought it would be fun to tell you all about some things I've noticed and what people have said: - Public bathrooms (if you can find them), don't have toilet seats and you have to pay to use them. - A member told me that one day he will be the president of my children. - Pe...

March 30, 2026 Hola familia y amigos! This week was great! IRMA WAS BAPTIZED! My first baptism of what I hope is many. Also shoutout my little sister Hailey! Happy 14th birthday Bug! Tortilla count: 81 Monday: For pday we didn't do a ton but our District leaders came up to San Agustín and the 4 of us ate a pizza in a gas station parking lot. Tuesday: Nothing unusual, lots of walking. 22,000 steps Wednesday: Had my first Zone Conference in Pachuca. It was so fun! I got to see my CCM comp Hna Scott and although I don't understand everything, I was able to understand more than I thought. Thursday, Friday, Saturday: Lots of walking, telling dogs to be quiet, door knocking, street contacting. On Saturday a lesson got canceled so we were sitting on a bench in the centro trying to figure out what to do. A drunk guy was walking by talking to his wife on the phone. He looked over at me and said "los estados unidos" (the united states). So I nodded and he got REALLY EXCITE...

Later in the day we had Noche de Hogar (Family Home Evening) and 2 friends came! Thursday: Knocking, street contacting, taught my English class. We invited 2 people to be baptized and they both said they would think about it. So we'll see. Friday: Did some service for Hermana Ines. March 17, 2026 ¡Hola familia y amigos! I hope everyone is doing great! Sorry if this is a long email but this week was great! We put 3 people on date for baptism but, first things first, tortilla count. Tortilla count: 25 Monday: First P-day in the field! (Preparation day is basically the day out of the week that we clean, buy food, shop, hang out with other missionaries, tour the city, ect.) We went to the store, talked with family and ended the day by playing "Serpentas y escaletas" with our friend David. Tuesday: Had district council and a zone meeting in Actopan. Had my first paste (famous bread thing in Pachuca)! Made 5 new friends and put one man named Jaime on date for baptism! Jamie was waiting for the bus and we were walking by. I saw that he was wearing a Nevada (UNR) sweatshirt. I told him that I was from Nevada! So he asked me why the heck are you in a small town in the mountains of Mexico? I was a...

March 9, 2026 ¡Hola amigos y familia! I hope you are all doing great and had a wonderful week! My week was very eventful as I am now a real life missionary in the field!! The AP (assistant to the president) told me to do a tortilla count. I thought that was a great idea so each week I'll put a count for how many tortillas I have eaten. Tortilla Count: 8 Tuesday I finished packing and got ready to leave! Wednesday was INSANE. We got on a small CCM bus that took us to the airport. We then got on a bigger bus that took us 2 hours northeast to PACHUCA! When we got off the bus our Mission president's the Morales's met us and took us to the mission office. I had a interview with the mission president and then met my trainer! Her name is Hermana Pale, she is from Veracruz México, believe it or not she is 2 inches shorter than me AND she doesn't speak any English... After meeting my comp, she called a taxi and we drove to my first area. It's a town called San Agus...
