¡Hola amigos y familia! We saw so many miracles this week! But per usual first things first...

Tortilla count: 131

Last Wednesday we traveled down to Pachuca for transfers. I said goodbye to Hermana Pale and got with my new comp Hermana Watrous. She is awesome!! She is from Texas so it has been really nice being able to speak English and actually communicate perfectly with my comp.

It was pouring rain all week, but that didn't stop us from finding people. In the first night within about 1 hour we found 10 people and put 2 on date for baptism. To put it into perspective, my "record" in the past has been 6 people in one day. Entonces (so), God was really choosing to bless us this week.

I thought it would be fun to tell you all about some things I've noticed and what people have said:
- Public bathrooms (if you can find them), don't have toilet seats and you have to pay to use them.
- A member told me that one day he will be the president of my children.
- People are surprised I only have 3 names and only use 2 of them.
- Lots of stores have English names to make them "fancier."
- I get asked at least once a day where my hat is.
-I also get asked where my jacket is. (It's 75 degrees out)
- We get called güeda's all the time which means white girls.

Pensamiento Espiritual ️
This week I have thought a lot about the sacrament and the importance of taking it every week. It is so easy for the sacrament to become a part of our routines and for us to mindlessly take it every week. But it is SO IMPORTANT! When we partake of the sacrament every week was are renewing our promises and our baptismal covenant. We strive to take His name upon us, remember him and keep His commandments. And He promises us that we will ALWAYS have His spirit to be with us.
Next week, when you are taking the sacrament, think about its purpose. It really is the most important thing you can do every week!

I love you all so much! Email me and keep me posted on your lives! Have a fantastic week!
