February 24, 2026   ¡Hola amigos y familia!  I hope you are all doing wonderful! This week was pretty typical as far as CCM goes. However, I am headed into my last week of training which means next week I should be headed into the field!! It's honestly so crazy I feel like I got here yesterday but that I have also been here for 4 years.  Que padre: technically it translates to "what dad," but when the Mexicans use it, it means cool.  Tuesday was P-day, we played pickleball with our district for a while and watched a devotional from Elder Uchtdorf. Wednesday I hit one month being set apart as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ! We also started "solo español" which means that I have 6 hours of class everyday in only Spanish. I feel like I am learning a lot  but I also know that I am about to be humbled when I get to the field next week.  Thursdays are always busy. February 10, 2026 Mission Email- Week 3 (Chispas)   ¡Hola amigos y familia! I hope you all had a wonderful week! Not much has happened this week but I'm having a lot of fun at the CCM.  The days are pretty repetitive, lots of classes, workshops and devotionals but they are all so good! On Saturday the power in our apartment was out. When it turned back on later in the night we all got excited, started blow drying our hair and blew a fuse.  Church is pretty much "the reaping" from Hunger Games. We all sit in our districts and the Bishop gets up and assigns four random missionaries to come give a talk. IN SPANISH. Luckily I made it through last week, but you never know. I could be giving a talk next Sunday. It was also Hermana Scott's birthday on Sunday and we had a really good devotional with our district about the Atonement of Jesus Christ.  Yesterday I went to the immigration center in Mexico City and good news!  February 3, 2026 ¡Hola familia y amigos! I have officially been a missionary for 2 weeks now so let me give you all a rundown of what's been happening.  On January 18th I was set apart as a missionary in Billings Mt and I started home MTC on the 19th! My companion's name is Hermana Scott and she is AMAZING! She is from Texas and is also headed to Pachuca in March. When we met we instantly became besties!  I did home MTC (Missionary Training Center) for 10 days which meant 6-10 hours of zoom every day. However, it went super fast! My district is awesome and my teachers are literally the kindest people on earth. Shout out Hermana Reyes and Hermano Maza. It was also super nice to spend some quality time with my family, play lots of games, go to my little brother's basketball games and get adjusted to being a missionary.  On the 29th I woke up at 2:30 am went to the Billings airport and had a hard goodbye with my family.
