¡Hola amigos y familia!

I hope you all had a wonderful week! Tomorrow at 9am a load a bus that takes me to Pachuca so hopefully next weeks email is a little more exciting!

Tuesday we listened to a devotional by Elder Kearon about finding joy (encontrar gozo) in the work. Soooo good!

Wednesday we talked to our favorite staff member Roberto and he told us all about his cute granddaughters Nicole and Fatima. The staff at the CCM are the nicest people on earth.

Thursday we taught a lesson to a lady who drilled us with questions about baptism. Although my Spanish is bad, we were able to answer her questions and feel the spirit.

Friday we played beach volleyball with the district!

Saturday was our last day of classes! Big shoutout to Hermana Reyes and Hermano Maza for teaching me so much Spanish and so much about the gospel.

Sunday I bore my testimony in sacrament (half in English half is Spanish). Our district also sung a musical number it was I Feel my Saviors Love. Muy bueno.

Monday we didn't have class so we packed and hung out!

CCM shoutouts
- The tienda (especially the mango and chocolate popsicles).

- Branch 10 (love you all)!
- My beautiful, kind and amazing first companion Hermana Scott.

Pensamiento Espiritual:
I LOVED Elder Kearons devotional this week about being joyful in all that we do. Here are some of my major take aways from his talk.
- Were not enduring to the end but enjoying to the end.
- Don't worry, just work hard.
- Don't miss the joy that can be found right now because you think you'll be happier in the future.
- Keep things simple and ensure that they are JOYFUL!!
Hermana Scott and I love the word Joy and is Spanish it's gozo ( how fun is that word)? We realized that in almost every situation we can find something to be happy about. I encourage each of you this week to take a step back and think of a way that you can have joy right now!

I love you all so much but more importantly I know that each of you a a beloved child of God and that he loves you. Have a great week!
Hermana Smith
